Stephen Ingram

Stephen is an author, blogger, podcaster and someone who loves to discover and experience the goodness of life.  Thoreau said, "I went to the woods because I wished to live deliberately, to front only the essential facts of life, and see if I could not learn what it had to teach, and not, when I came to die, discover that I had not lived. I did not wish to live what was not life, living is so dear; nor did I wish to practice resignation, unless it was quite necessary. I wanted to live deep and suck out all the marrow of life..."  Helping others discover and share the goodness in life is at the core of Stephen's DNA.

Mary Liz Ingram

Mary Liz is an artist, gardener, reader, creator and mom of three, and is always up for a new adventure, especially when it pertains to sustainable living. But she doesn’t like to keep her learning and exploring to herself. With a front yard garden open to neighbors, free plants, sharing handmade soap and inviting friends to join in plastic-free living, Mary Liz hopes to encourage others toward living responsibly in ways that will benefit the environment while enriching our own lives. Always in process, she strives to act on the words attributed to Gandhi, “Be the change you wish to see in the world.”

Bryant Johnson

Bryant has many labels, the newest of which is father. In addition, he goes by husband, coach, leader, teacher, speaker, podcast host, blogger, and friend. He has found that life is at its best when it is lived in its simplest form. While often challenging, living and fulfilling and fulfilled life is what he strives for and encourages others to do as well. Bonhoeffer said, "By judging others, we blind ourselves to our own evil and to the grace which others are just as entitled to as we are."
